The results of the 9th International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest have been announced

The results of the 9th International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest have just been announced. Our aim with this contest is to raise awareness about addictions, a universal issue and to educate the public, particularly the youth, on addiction prevention. We received submissions from 649 cartoonists representing 53 countries and a total of 1165 cartoons were evaluated.

Upon careful review by the jury members, the following artists have been selected for recognition:

First Prize: Jean-Loic Belom (Fransa)

Second Prize: Mümin Bayram (Türkiye)

Third Prize: Grzegorz Szumowski (Polonya)

Achievement Award: Muhammed Şengöz (Türkiye) 

Achievement Award: Hasan Ceylan (Türkiye)

Achievement Award: Kürşat Zaman (Türkiye)

Mazhar Osman Award: Necdet Yılmaz (Türkiye)

Under 16 Years Old Category Award: Zeynep Irmak Yaman (Türkiye)

Under 16 Years Old Award: Defne Yıldız (Türkiye)

Under 16 Years Old Category Award: Umut Poyraz Geyik (Türkiye)

Under 16 Years Old Category Award: Irmak Oruç (Türkiye)
